  • To start with realize that this is normal.

  • It is best to communicate with your partner, and relatives and your near and dear ones your feelings. Sometimes talking itself releases your stress.
  • If there is no one to talk to, journal down your feelings .It looks like a small insignificant thing to do but, there is a big power in this it takes the stress off your head.
  • Do all the work that you can do but make it a first priority to look after yourself.
  • Educate yourself on pregnancy and what is happening to your body. Find out what to expect next.
  • Release yourself through walking or swimming or engage yourself in yoga or meditation.
  • Listen to music, read your favorite book, keep a soothing aromatous atmosphere at home and go for regular professional massages.
  • Take a warm bubble bath.
  • Eat a well balanced nutritious diet.
  • If you still don’t feel better, go to your doctor and take professional help or counseling.
